Dan took Ollie’s stitches out today while Bryan held him at the vet. Ollie was bursting out of his stitches as he has put on five pounds. He weighs 27 pounds now. He is feeling so much better. Tonight he played with a toy for the first time. Actually he is trying to destroy the toy. He ate much better today and discovered that there was leftover food in Ella’s bowl. She usually leaves something behind, but it is the same thing that is in her bowl that she is not eating. Someone it tastes better over in her bowl. He has learned to sit. Asleep at the Drs. office…priceless. wow, fattening up with 5 pounds. When the play instinct comes out, you know he has arrived back, to the living, with us. that is almost the best part (the best is walking them out of the shelter doors forever, or in your case, off the blanket into your life forever.
